So Why Choose To Buy Your Property In Playa Flamenca?
So why do so many choose to buy a property in Playa Flamenca? This area is a leading beach resort and integral part of the Orihuela Costa. Here there are several wonderful beaches and lots of commerical centres offering nightlife. The population here is one of the largest on the Orihuela Costa. We now have several local schools here as more families move to the area. There are also a lot more supermarkets and general businesses moving here recently.
Playa Flamenca has seen a boom in the area thanks to the arrival of Zenia Boulevard in La Zenia. This major shopping complex is one of the largest of it´s kind in the region of Alicante. This superb shopping mall houses over 150 shops, bars, restaurants and other businesses. There is also plenty here for the young ones to enjoy and makes a super family evening out.
Beaches & Promenade
Playa Flamenca has three beaches and many small coves lining it´s coastline. There are two main sandy beaches here which are Cala Mosca and Cala Estaca. During the summer there are usually lifeguards in attendance on both beaches. For refreshments there are beach bars which also sell food.
One of the most striking additions to this area is the beautiful promenade. You can take a relaxing beachside stroll to neighbouring suburb Punta Prima. The promenade actually extends as far as Torrevieja which is the major city here. You will pass the other rocky beach here which is a nudist beach.
You can check the video below which shows the beaches and promenade here.
Nightlife & Commerical Centres
Playa Flamenca has many super commercial centres which house bars, restaurants and businesses. Flamenca Beach CC is by far the largest comerical centre here. Set over three levels, Flamenca Beach was once one of the top places for nightlife on the Oihuela Costa.
We are expecting this to once again be a top nightspot in the not too distant future. Legends Bar is well worth a visit and offers and awesome Sunday roast. La Mosca, Via Park 1 & 2 and the Citrus Centre are other leading commercial centres in Playa Flamenca.
